Jesus. That's who Yellow Creek Kids is all about. Everything we do, say, believe, and teach is to bring children closer in relationship with Jesus, their Savior, and also one another. We are called to make disciples.

The Family
God has called parents to raise their children to love and serve Him. The Kids Ministry at Yellow Creek seeks to come beside parents with resources and support as they lead their families to follow Jesus. There are many activities and events that encourage connections within our parent group, and many ways that we encourage parents in their roles.
Developmentally Appropriate Learning
Children learn in stages and levels of development. Your child will be placed in a safe learning environment that will encourage learning and understanding based on stories, object lessons, music, age-appropriate craft projects, games, and fun! Trained teachers and staff interact with children on their level as they are loved and discipled alongside friends.
Weekly Activities
Join us for our regularly scheduled activities for children of all ages.
Sundays - Small group Bible study for ages nursery through 5th grade is at 10:30. There is also Kids Church every week except the first week of the month following our worship through song in the main service at 9:00. A nursery is provided for our youngest children during Bible study and morning worship.
Wednesdays - Our kids meet from 6:00-7:30 in the CLC for active Bible learning activities for all ages 5th grade and below. Children are divided into small groups that travel between core curriculum learning, games, crafts, missions, and more. Each child is known and loved by his/her teachers.
Outreach and Events
There are many yearly events to get excited about in our kids ministry. VBS is always an awesome summer experience as we serve local kids and their families! We also schedule our Light Up the Night Halloween event, Easter egg hunts, kids' camp, Christmas events and musicals, Winter FamFest, and much more. There is always something fun and engaging for families on the schedule.
